Welcome to Goose! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goose mobile application and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Goose, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• Have read and understood our Privacy Policy

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our express written permission.

The Goose name, logo, and all related names, logos, and service marks are trademarks of Goose. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Paid Features

Certain features of our Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

7.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Medical Advice

Goose is a habit-tracking and social networking platform. We do not provide medical, health, or therapeutic advice. The information and features provided through our Services are for informational and motivational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.3 User Interactions

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the content they post. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We recommend exercising caution and common sense when meeting users in person.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goose and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your conduct poses a risk to us or other users
• We discontinue the Services

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goose regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
